"The Christian faithful who give an offering to apply the Mass for their intention contribute to the good of the Church and by that offering share its concern to support its ministers and works."
N: 946 The Code of Canon Law
The Catholic Church has a long tradition of offering Masses for special intentions. Many people ask that Mass be offered for the repose of the soul of a loved one. It’s also common to request Masses for those who are ill or to thank our Lord for blessings received or to honor the living by commemorating birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, or other special occasions.
It is customary to include an offering with your intention. Mass offerings help to support our ministry and that of the Benedictine Monks who offer daily Mass at our Monastery. We are grateful you have entrusted your intentions to us.

The Benedictine Sisters of Elizabeth will include your intention in the first available Mass at the Monastery.
